Packed Weekend

Well, Saturday was the last Flag Football game of the season! Travis had a total of 5 touchdowns, 1 interception, lots of pulled flags and some amazing fake reverses where he put all his face into it. It was the funniest thing ever. He won the academy award in doing a fake reverse. What an awesome time and some amazing coaches we had. Sunday was a birthday party that we were to come dressed in Halloween attire. Well, I forgot my camera. Hopefully the host can email me some of the pictures when she gets the chance. Travis was a Ninja, Alex a pirate and Yes, I was a Pumpkin. I was the Only Adult who came dressed. What is wrong with this world? We act like adults all day, every day and this was one of the few times you could be 6 again! I had Fun and the boys did too. Berto just shook his head and laughed. I had several adoring kids hug on me and want to lay on my pillow stuffed belly. Good Times!
Tuesday night was Awards Banquet for Flag Football and an amazing juggler was there and shared Christ and what it means to know him personally. It was awesome to have both sets of Grand Parents to share in this amazing time for Travis. He just loves football and the opportunity to play and share his success with the people he loves- I just hope he remembers when he is 30!
