Catch up

Okay, so I am behind. I have been busy with work and out of town some. The bank I work for, bought a bank and the switch over happened this weekend. So now I can relax a little. I have to get caught up with the Easter Picks and Travis' baseball. Well Easter was at my Mom and Dad's this year. They invited all the Irizarry's over and we did egg hunt, etc. at their house. My mom made the main dish and everyone else brought a side and dessert. It was quite tasty. We were able to go swimming because my mom and dad heated the pool. Well, let me rephrase that, the Kids were able to go swimming. It was still to cold for my blood.
Great Day.
Berto's brother was in town from VA because he leaves for Afghanistan on May 1st. He is in the Navy and everyone please keep him in your prayers. He just got back from Iraq.
Okay- so we also spent the whole week with him and my nephews- Enzo and Marco. Travis was crying every night because he had to go home and go to bed because he had school and hated school that week. He also got in trouble that week twice for not following directions. Teacher emailed me asking what was going on with him and I told her about family in town and she relaxed on him. Been some fast weeks and the pictures don't do it justice.
Memorable times with family and friends!

Happy Easter

Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: "Death is swallowed up in victory."
"O Death, where is your sting? O Hades, where is your victory?"
The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law.
But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
I Corinthians 15: 51-57
