Christmas Early

Well, we had Christmas real early this year at my mom and dad's house. We went over to their house on Saturday and my Brother, Sister-n-law and niece and nephews came up early so we could do it all together. We got over there around lunch and had lunch with them and then went to love and war in Texas for dinner. Yum-Yum. The kids had a great time because the restaurant could not sit us due to all the HOliday party reservation, so we got to go to the outside party deck. Which if any of you know here is TX on Saturday, IT WAS COLD! The nice thing was it had a stage and everything was closed like a garage and was nice. Towards end of dinner they started opening all the doors and put heaters on for the outside party they were getting ready for. We ate and were done, but not before the kids Rocked out on stage.

Then we went back for the ripping and tearing of boxes. Then it was the weaping and crying as we turned on the TV to watch some Football. Here are some pics.

Thanksgiving 2008

Okay, I am going to try and get caught up this week! Happy Belated Thanksgiving! I hope everyone spent the day with their families like our family did! We first went to my Aunt and Uncles and spent time with my Dad's brothers and families and also my Mom and Granny-Granny! I got the pleasure of making a Cake- a Turkey Cake! After that, and before Cowboy game, we went to Berto's Mom and Dad's house with Berto's brother and Cousin and their families. What a wonderful day to reflect on the things that make life so amazing and the experiences in the valleys to give such awesome mountain top feelings! I hope that each of your Thanksgivings you took some time to thank the people that brought things to your life that helped you grow and showed you love. I also hope that each of you know the Love that only God can provide in your life on a daily, hourly, minute, second basis- His only Son and the sacrifice he made to die on the cross for all of mans sins.

God Bless and Happy Thanksgiving!
